APPOINTMENTS & CANCELLATIONS
Please be kind and give a 24-hour advanced notice for cancellations or rescheduling since appointment times are on a first come first serve basis. We reserve the right to charge for missed appointments. If an appointment is canceled with less than a 24-hr notice, a minimum charge of $35 per service up to Full-Service Price will be added to your account. No Shows will be charged full treatment price.
We do require all Initial Appointments to reserve their appointment time with a credit card. Your card will not be charged until after the appointment.
PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We also accept Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flex Spending Accounts (FSA).
INSURANCE PLANS
We do not submit claims for you to health insurance companies or accept insurance. We are a small business and do not have a billing person on staff. Your insurance may reimburse you for some or all of the care you have received. Please contact your insurance provider for their procedure.
